We’re hiring immediately for a Fiberglass Finishing Technician to support our growing production team. Whether you’ve worked with boats, cars, or aircraft—if you know your way around fiberglass, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:

Sand, buff, and prep fiberglass parts for painting and finishing

Apply and remove masking materials

Perform touch-ups and repairs on fiberglass surfaces

Buff and polish parts to ensure smooth, high-quality finishes

Follow work orders and safety protocols in a clean, structured facility
What You’ll Need:
-
Hands-on experience with fiberglass sanding, filling, or prepping
-
Experience in aerospace, marine, or auto body environments preferred

Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and doing physical work

Ability to follow written instructions and maintain attention to detail

High school diploma or GED required

Basic computer skills and ability to track jobs electronically

Good vision and hand-eye coordination are essential
