Responsibilities:

Sprays manufactured products with protective or decorative paint, enamel or lacquer.

Perform all aspects of the finishing process for Dayton-Granger’s parts, including sanding, buffing and masking products prior to sanding or painting when needed
Remove mask and touch-up painted surfaces prior to presentation to quality inspection.
Buffing or polishing any imperfection on units to meet our workmanship and industry standards for parts finishing.
Assigned other tasks by management.
Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director.

Minimum Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and the ability to interpret blueprints
Must have knowledge of and experience with all areas related to the processes of sanding, filling, priming and painting.
Must be able to work long periods of time wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Regularly required to stand or sit and move about the facility.

Basic computer skills.
